Banana Coconut Granola 
1 cup rolled oats2 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds1/2 cup almonds, chopped2 Tbsp pepitas1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp maple syrup1 Tbsp coconut butter, melted3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes2 tbsp ripe banana, mashed1 tsp vanillaPreheat oven to 325.
Mash banana.  Mix dry ingredients in a medium size bowl.  Add in wet ingredients and stir well.  Pour onto parchment lined pan and spread evenly.  Bake 10-20 minutes until lightly golden brown.  Let cool it will become crunchy.  Store in an airtight container.
